There service is not better than going through a Real Estate agent after all the fees they charge you plus an offer that is extremely below market value. They are only good for those that are about to lose their home. Their Reps are not professional. Go with an Agent but be careful to choose a good one.

Worse company to ever deal with buying a house. They're all nice until they get your money. They take your money and run. They were supposed to have things fixed and only part of the stuff was half asked fixed. Hassle getting keys, hassle getting remotes for garage, transferring utilities. They had it all shut off right after we paid our downpayment after they said they would leave it on so it would be nice smooth transfer. Then calling these guys or getting them to call you back, good luck... Its even worse knowing I had family friends going through a deal just about the same time as we were and they the same issues... Try not to deal with them or at least make sure they DONT skip out on anything BEFORE you pay them.

In a world where there is no more privacy....this company is no different. I am simply looking for a home to purchase...First it started with my name...no prob....and a email....no prob...my current home...okay...strange...but for purposes of safety....okay...now we need you to give us a scan of your ID...umm....no... They could easily set up a system that a person can still access without scanning their id...so NOPE NOT FOR ME...The idea that the open door offers is cool...but definitely lost me at the end....I hired a realtor.

This was my first time selling with Open Door and the process could not be any smoother. I was hesitant at first and thought they would low ball the offer but the offer was close to market value. Maybe a little less but no hassel to close. They had everything ready and were clear about the closing process. I could not have been happier.
