It was hard to contact the agent in charges of the transaction. I called 3 times 2 days before closing and sent an email, never got a response. After closing I called to get a one day code for my client. The code they receptionist gave me was 4 numbers, but there was not a manual lb. I asked if she was sure, because the lb I used was electronic, and she said she was sure that was the code. When my clients got there and were not able to open it, i had to drive 40 min to give them a key. It’s hard to work together when the communication is not good.
