If I could give more stars I would! Out of all the realtors we worked with to find a home that was right for us, Kyle not only helped us find the one the perfect one, but his knowledge and guidance got us closed in less then 30 days! Seriously!!! Still can't believe its ours. Obviously experience counts and I'm glad we put our trust in the right hands. BIG THANKS to Kyle and his team for coming through, I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Kyle Simmons was ESSENTIAL for my purchase of my second home. Going above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to describing his work ethic. When my first loan did not go through, he helped me find another lender. The other agent (selling agent) was very uncooperative, but Kyle fought for me down to the wire. I am 100% confident that I would not have been able to acquire my dream home had it not been for Kyle. I am forever indebted to him, and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
