Thanks to Lathe Lavada and his team at First Prime Reality Group, they were able to provide assistance with an unfortunate situation that I found myself in renting with a previous reality company with a restricted time limit. They were able to provide me and an agent, who was professional, compassionate and quick. Grateful for everything they were able to assist me with and getting me into a new home and working hard to handle every obstacle professionally and keeping me informed the entire way. I sold my condo to Lathe Lavada because I wanted to downsize and move into a senior community. I wasn't sure what the best way to get this accomplished. I saw Lathe on television and gave him a call. My husband and I decided to move to California to be closer to family. We didn’t know what to do with our house here in Las Vegas. Should we sell it or should we rent it? We had heard so many tenant nightmares and were afraid to take that on once we moved to another state. We were referred to First Prime Realty Group by a friend that used them for property management.
