This is the worst realty company ever! My brother rents at Casa Del Sol on Decatur and O'Bannon and his roof has been leaking for over a year. It's to the point where it looks like a waterfall in his dining room. We've written letters and nothing has worked. I wouldn't ever use these people!

This company is the worst management company I have ever had in my entire life. I am ashamed to be living in the neighborhood I live in due to their unsatisfactory management skills. It is in our CC&R's that they take care of the front yards in our community, there are weeds everywhere, over grown vegetation, dead leaves and shrubs in our gutters and landscaping. I am an original home owner that knows how to clean up my own front yard, even though I am paying an outrageous amount a month, however the rest of the neighbors could give a $hit. I try to contact them, however they never get back with you, and if and when they finally do after a million emails, they are complete "a" holes on the phone. As if they have no responsibility in the neighborhood. I wish there was a way I could fire them and hire another company to take care of my "home" community which now looks like some over grown place in TN. If you are planning on buying in a community with this company, find another dream house, because it is just a matter of time before your dream house ends up a nightmare due to the lack of care H & L Realty puts in their communities.
