BUYER BEWARE!!! Avoid dealing with these people at all costs. They were property managers of mine for a year. I've never had more trouble with anyone than i have with these people, specifically Angela, just a complete liar and never did anything she said she was going to, just completely incompetent and i suffered the consequences. Completely ripped me off of my deposit they said they were sending me. Spent months trying to get a deposit back and they kept saying they were going to send it, and finally a year later instead of sending me the deposit they send me a bill saying i owed THEM! Complete rip off artists. NEVER rent from these people, and judging by their integrity i certainly wouldn't buy a home from them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I was renting with a different company when this company took over!! I have never had such problems with a renting company in my life!!! They will try and bill you for every little thing, things that aren't even in your lease. And don't even sign the lease made up from this company, they even put in there that there has to fresh paint and you have to have a receipt for getting there floors cleaned before leaving, when I had to pay a 250 dollar cleaning deposit!!! They dont make sense and they rip you off. They will harrass you about little things like keeping your garage door closed. They are ridiculous and I will NEVER even come close to a property they manage. When you try and talk with them they make you feel like you are always in the wrong when in reality they are.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
