We have lived at the Boulders Lone Mountain for some time, don't fall for the "luxury" advertising, it's decent, pretty run down, and dated. Surroundings are not kept clean, dog poop everywhere, trash for weeks at a time, not exaggerating, and as far as safety, well it can get pretty sketchy. We've had a car break-in, but no acknowledgment from the complex. The gate is mostly inoperable and hardly closed. Previous upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy in the early hours and the new ones, are much worse. Made a few complaints, calls to the after-hours, security, and emails, and the way it has been handled has not been what I expected. I get no response, no update, at least to reassure me that something is being handled and show some consideration. I honestly get tired of complaining but the noise is unbearable. Windows shake, they slam their door, few of my frames tilt, it's like they body slam each other up there. It goes on for a while, if it were like a one-time incident, I get it but it lasts for the entire evening as late as 11 pm. DAILY. I have been late on my rent and would email and advise them, never just not paid, the same thing, no response as to "hey , we understand, thanks for notifying us", NOTHING. I have not seen tenants last in our building, I think 3 of us have been there the past year and a half, and everyone gets evicted. The last tenant across from us didn't last a month, the lady said her unit stunk as if someone died there prior to her and she would have seance cleansing rituals during the day, the one before them literally moved out in the middle of the night. So makes you wonder. This is my experience. Could be better, and the care could be more appreciated towards tenants. For the amount of rent and all the amenities they say they offer, should be much better. Communication is a big factor here, everyone keeps using the short staff excuse.

Very nice Apartments and great maintenance team.I update this frequently and all I can complain about is the noise from the pit Bull above me and the extremely squeaky floor that I can hear Every footstep from people walking around .Large,heavy dogs should Not be allowed in upstairs apartments! I’m really hoping we can solve this problem that has been going on for Months! It’s quiet for a couple days and then the dog is back running around the apartment! I like living here but getting very tired of complaining about the same thing! Now the pet “policy “ is laughable. They’re are dogs here from toy poodles to Rottweilers. Claim is they’re All Service dogs 🤣🤣🤣
