image To all the owner and tenants: keep away from this company! Please see attached statement. They received so many application fees when they posted one of our property for rent in the market. Do you think they will use the application fees to do credit for every applicants to find a good tenant? In the two years, two group of tenants they found for us did not pay rent after moved in, and left the seriously damaged house . After the last tenants left, we had the loss of over $8000 including rent, repair, and legal fee in 2021. Then they found us another group of tenants who did not pay rent in 5 months till now and left a damaged house the second time. During five months, they charged us 7 Day Pay or Quit -and management fee each month although we did not have any rent income.
They can deny the active agreement and charge any amount they want. I have the evidence. They used to have very good staffs, however, good staff could not stay there longer .
All the landlord ,have you received these kind of emails before? See the last two attached photos'. I received same light switch problem with different claim no. to every our properties managed by them at same time. It should have no chance to happen.
Both tenants and landlord are not easy in these particular time. Please make money the right way!

image As a current tenant, I can affirm GoldenWest never has worked on my behalf. For example, they charged me some amount of money for renter's insurance. My wife showed them that we were responsible and our renter's insurance policy was renewed on July 2021 before to its expiration. They answered that's not their concern and that charge remained in our rent ledger. I paid for that but obviously I disagree that behavior. My conclusion is that this company has a bad style to treat with costumers.

We moved in and found the downstairs had a broken and moldy floor board, the dryer handle was broken off, the mirror in the master bedroom was loose and leaning on the medicine cabinet and the tile floors needed cleaning. We reported all y
These and they refused to fix any of it because they said it was all cosmetic stuff. They offered to let us move out but no refund of the $1275 deposit or the rent. We moved two months before our lease was up but continued to pay our rent and left t by e house in good condition but never got even a partial refund of the deposit. I do not recommend this management company.
