    This has got to be the most unprofessional management team I have ever encountered I put in application in for a home, I never received a call to tell me the status I called the office no one ever picks up except their answering service. finally I texted Lizeth I believe is her name for the 3rd time when she finally responds with an arrogant "the house is rented go to the office to pick up your app fee" She should be the one following up with her clients it takes me getting upset and constantly calling her to get an answer! POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! is what that is.

    LAZY STAFF and C.O.O.....Owners need to be contacted regarding finding new company to manage the Senior apartments in Vegas. Will contact the PRESIDENT of the company to let him know that Covenant needs to be replaced with caring staff.

    Make sure you have everything in writing so you have proof of conversations etc. I would video the entire walk thru process when you move out because "LIZ" will lie, cheat and steal. She kept over $500 of our deposit for items that were already broken when we moved in. I sent emails and photos when we moved in showing all the broken items. We had people out SEVERAL times to repair items that were never repaired because the house and all it's fixtures were so old they could not find the parts to replace. I have sent several emails over the past two months proving myself & trying to get answers to no avail. It's BS that I have to spend another minute on this. They are banking on the fact that I will not go forward with legal action. They have messed with the wrong person... CYA with these people (and all rental companies for that matter)

    As a contractor I recommend not trusting these people , if you do any work make damn sure you get paid in advance . They work with an H.O.A whose head member will guarantee you that he will pay you for all and any work and then when he thinks you are done will say that the owners need to pay you and not the H.O.A. We bought specially ordered material in excess of over $ 5,000 for an emergency electrical problems for two locations , as soon as they thought we got done they quit answering their phones and their e-mails , as soon as I used a non-business phone they answered immediately then as soon as they heard my voice acted like they were having phone trouble and hung up . We are in the process of liens on their properties and have heard code enforcement has several issues with them also. We were told we would be paid as soon as the work got done and have not heard from them in awhile. When the work was getting done , and during the times of shipping they were calling three or four times a day
