TERRIBLE place to live. They're segregated sides, trouble makers/children/lower income people are assigned to the right side and older elderly people who make more are assigned to the left side. I've lived here for 7 years and the rent goes up every year despite any economics. Staff will be pretentious and rude, while gaslighting any issues you believe are important. Maintenance is unruly and anti-social, they think they're security guards too. They will threaten you whether you live here or not. They will ask minors where they live to intimidate them, even though there's a boys and girls club on site, they still interregate children. It's been witnessed by more than one tenant. I've witnessed shouting matches between residents and maintenence and even spoken up to the corporate office but Management refuses to do anything and the unruly employees stay employed here. If you're looking for a quiet place to live this is a good location but a TERRIBLE complex. Exhaust all other avenues before living here.
