Impact Plumbing installed my water softener in Vegas. They were extremely helpful from the start when I had to text photos of my problem and they replied in a very professional way. I had to change my appointment and they were very accommodating. They were early to their appointment and set up everything in a timely manner. Thank you!

Impact plumbing was very quick to schedule me an appointment and most importantly got the job done. Both workers arrived and were professional and quick to identify the problem and got it fixed to save the entire floor in my living room. Very grateful for their exceptional work and I will use them moving forward for my properties.

Had my water heater break... Guys came out quick and gave me great options to resolve the issue. The next day the returned first thing in the AM to replace the water heater under warranty and they explained in detail what was the likely cause of the break and how to prevent it going forward. They also addressed my additional concerns like water pressure and declining heat of my old heater. Fantastic service and support... Highly recommend.
