I applied here in April and was hired. I asked when I was going to start so I could give notice to my previous employer. Mariah told me May 17th. I quit my job and was ready to start. I called Friday May 15th and was told to call Monday morning on the 17th. I called and she said they weren't ready yet. That it would be the following Monday. Now I have two kids, bills and no job but I would wait it out. The following Monday rolls around and she says maybe next Monday. I called this morning 5/27
and spoke with someone else at the office and was told she didn't know what was going on. I explained and she said she got a different story from Mariah. So she got Mariah on the phone in a 3 way who proceeded to lie about everything.
I lost $1600 in lost wages by trusting these people and quitting my job according to the schedule they gave me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

The owner of the company lied to old republic saying that he did have a leak detector at my property when in reality he did not have the proper equipment and did not do anything and he only looked around. Also his receptionist tried to convince me to break my bathroom floor without them knowing where the leak was coming from. I told him "There is no way I am allowing this" Then the owner of SNAP called me 5 minutes later and started to threaten me by saying that he will "show up at my house and show me who he is." If you are reading this stay away from this company for your own safety.

Had a plumbing issue that SNAP easily resolved quickly at a very fair price. Will definitely use this company again. Refreshing to find an honest company with great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services
