        This review is pre-surgery. Following the initial consultation I was told that Mr. Garcia would not accept me as a patient due to questions that I asked during my consultation. My questions should be very standard for folks looking for a surgeon. Things like "What are your and your staff's credentials"? I followed up several times to receive clarification on what questions were an issue to resolve any conflict, but ultimately I was ghosted by the staff at this office. Furthermore, ensure you read the paperwork thoroughly as this office will request that you give up your rights to a jury in favor of arbitration if a procedure does not go as planned.

        Dr. Garcia is simply wonderful; kind and understanding and, of course, so amazingly good at helping us look our best. He never does "one size fits all" kind of work, he helped me figure out what is best for me and got it very right. Thanks, Dr. G.!
