Very knowledgeable and welcoming place! Yoni is an amazing teacher! I feel that I can finally fully understand what is going on with my body and why. I highly recommend this place and am so happy to be part of the family!

I love coming to Pilates Zone! I did my post partum work outs here and again for the early part of next pregnancy. The studio is so inviting. I did private sessions and small classes. The instructors are so nice and really help you individually. I cant wait to have this baby just so I can go back for my postpartum work outs. Every session leaves me feeling better than going to a massage.

I started practicing Pilates a few months ago at the Pilates Zone, and the change in my body and, unbelievably, mind, is amazing. Im much more relax than ever, and I feel super fit. Since the beginning everything was done with such patient, and since I was new to the Pilates world it was very important to me. During the classes it is always important to Yoni and her team to approach each and everyone of us and explain the methods of every exercise until everyone will understand, and that, in my opinion whats make the difference between the Pilates Zone studio to others. I enjoy every class and definitely a fan, highly recommend it!
