I started with Kristie 3 months ago with no prior experience in Pilates and I am so glad that I chose this place! Kristie is very good at spotting what your body needs at the moment and combining it with the feedback you provide on each bit of an exercise to have experiences tailored just for you. For me, each class is a fun adventure where I get to explore my body, get stronger and feel healthier. I like Kristies balanced approach, words of encouragement, and good conversation every time we meet. Even after 3 months I already see the results and cant wait for my next class. I highly recommend Kristie!

Was in Vegas for a work week. Wanted to keep up my classical pilates training that I do back home and Kristie was great. She was able to read my body (how tight it was) and built specific workouts for the week. She is great and very professional. Don't hesitate, just go!

Kristie is an excellent instructor with an attention to detail and keen eye. Her knowledge of Pilates coupled with her understanding of pain and injuries creates a supportive yet challenging atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Kristie was my Pilates teacher for almost two years when I lived in Henderson, NV. I now live in Northern California and miss her so much. She is so exact in her coaching and her ability to adjust to your level, your individual ability (I had many previous injuries) and she is very encouraging. I improved so much under her tutelage. Unfortunately I haven't found anyone like her here in CA but I keep looking. Pilates is a whole body exercise program they I would recommend to everyone and especially if Kristi is your teacher.
