Very rude dr.he didnt even took the time for me to express my symptoms, what it really got me upset was that he didnt even check my results for previous ultrasound he wasnt even aware that desert radiology sent them to him for my appointment. He was in a rush i asked him if he wanted me to seat on the patients bed he said just stand i felt awful and embarrassed since he was with one student that he didnt had the courtesy to ask me if i was okay with him being there. He read my result while i was in the lobby and just said i see nothing bye he never looked at my face and he just walked away. The 2 girls in reception are not friendly at all theyre rude and heartless like him. Im reporting him with my insurance and asking my dr to refer me to a different one.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Citro and his staff. Angelica and Adriana are both kind and professional. The previous review is nothing at all like the care I received. The Dr was efficient, and friendly and professional. We chatted a bit when I asked him about his last name (Italian). I had 2 follow up visits, and both times he had a student in tow. He seemed like a natural teacher to me as well. The cost was very affordable, and the 2 follow visits were no charge. Thank you Dr Citro for making a potentially awkward surgery, a breeze.

I am so surprised about some of these reviews. Im glad I did not take the word of two of the reviews out of the rest that are amazing. I had to have my gallbladder out today. Dr.Citro was so informative kind and even took the time to answer all my questions at the office and right before surgery. I even called the on call after hours thinking I was gonna have to leave a message but nope they got me right to him. The staff is amazing. I have anxiety and they were kind and answered all my questions the multiple times I called and there great about answering there phones. I have not had to leave a message one time. They answered every time. If your looking for a surgeon this is the best office. Do it
