When you arrive they want you to fill out your paper work on your phone. You aren't told this when you make the appointment. I would have at least preferred to do this on my home computer.
They want people with eyesight issues to do a lot on your phone. I think you should be told of this first. I'm out almost $40 in uber fees. My hands shake and trying to do that on my phone was too difficult. I tried and they didn't even have my proper date of birth in the computer so I couldn't advance past the first page. Then had to get back in line to have them check my date of birth. I talked to the office manager and she said it was a decision made at a higher level and she was sorry. Didn't really seam sorry. My sister had been a customer here for a couple of years. These two doctors might be hurting Lenscrafters name and business. If you didn't have a smart phone they had one pad for the entire office to use. My sister said they lost her business. She won't be going back

1. Called and got the best customer service making my appointment. (I think Vicky)
2. Arrived and was greeted by the 2 ladies at reception.
3.Taken back for the pre-doctor assessment (didn't get her name) BUT she was great! Patient, kind & knowledgeable!
4. Doctor comes in and she's just as great as ,friendly, smart and helpful!!
(hiring department also gets ).

The Drs are great, but the office staff are complete liars! My daughter had an exam and contact lense fitting on September 29th, 2022. We ordered new lenses for existing glasses and the contact lenses. I called to check the status of her lenses end of October and was told theyre on back order. Called twice in November and was told they hadnt come in yet. I even spoke to a manager that then claimed they were custom and thats why theyre taking so long! Finally called last week and were told they came in November 18th, 2022 and they tried calling me! I had already taken my daughter to a new optometrist where she was able to have training and leave the appointment with her contact lenses, so I wanted to just pickup the contact lenses and be done. They told me because I was rightfully rude everything was canceled and I could only have a portion of my money back. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card and my daughters insurance. I would never recommend this place to any one! The staff ruins it for the drs.

The wait time is ridiculous and please never scedule a 9 am appointment becauae while it says they open at 9 they are never there.
