        My very first experience with this place was very pleasant. The guy who assisted me got me exactly what I needed at a fair price. It was wonderful. Recently one of my devices broke and I went In to purchase a new device, the ladies they have working at the front who "assisted" me were very rude they were not knowledgeable they did not attempt to understand my needs. After I bought my new device I immediately realized that there was damaged that wasn't pointed out to me before beforehand when I asked if she had a different device she told me that they did not have anymore and lied about the price being already discounted because of the damage when I called her out for lying said "if I don't want it just take your money back" I had already been in the store for several hours so I was pretty much done with it at that point and so I left. I used to like this place but the customer service recently has taken a turn and it makes me not want to return to give them my business.
