CVS Pharmacy

Multiple times went to go get my prescription and it wasn't ready. Highly irresponsible and disorganized.

Stopped in for a booster. No one in line or waiting. Told you have to make an appointment. What's the point of pushing people to get vaccinated if they won't offer one without an appointment and when no line exists? Dumb!!!!

Did not use the pharmacy but I dropped off my film (I know who still uses a camera and film) they never called when it was ready, I did, went to pick it up and decided to shop for other items. Found everything I needed went to check out and the male clerk was so rude not only to me but other customers and coworkers. Told me my total due and I said that can't be correct he handed me my coupon back this can't be used I asked for explanation he said don't know just can't work. Another clerk came to assist he argued with her stating I'm trying to void cause she won't pay and it's not working. She proceeded to process my check out, coupon did go through and my bill totaled $10.00 less. Asked to speak with manager was told they're not around. Terrible customer service and no apologies. Not to mention when I got home anxious to see my pictures the film had been over exposed had no idea what I was looking at. Paid for nothing and got treated like dirt.
