Walgreens Pharmacy

I just switched to this pharmacy and it is already clear they are understaffed. They had to call me twice to clarify items about my medication. Both staff members who called seemed confused and rushed. The second gentleman who called was on the phone with me for 18 minutes only to say that he would try to figure it out and theyd get back to me within the next THREE DAYS. All during my call I could hear him speaking to other staff and directing other prescriptions. He seemed distracted and in a rush. He disconnected the call on me before I could finish speaking.

For the most part this pharmacy is amazing. Never had issue. However, they are incredible under staff which adds extra stress and I under and feel for the employees. However, they are cold and act like robots. Hopefully Ms. Walgreens can raise their wages and benefits to help increase employees.

My doctor prescribed HCQ but apparently the pharmacists here are so high and mighty they know better than my doctor and would not allow the prescription. Just fill the prescription .

I brought my prescription here today and after dealing with 3 days and many hours at CVS on Decatur & Ann rd (Arguments & No Result!) I brought the same prescription to this Amazing Walgreens to a gentleman named by Robbie My sons prescription was filled within 15 minutes!. No back forth No Arguments No Call Your Insurance comment And it was Done Never will I take my prescriptions to CVS ever!. All praise to this Walgreens I enjoy that they know exactly what their doing & doing their Job at 100%!
