I totally appreciate them! Arsen is a great pharmacist with excellent customer service, he goes out of his way to assist you, greets you with a smile and always pleasant. I travel the 20 minutes to get my meds because of the kindness and sweet personality they display. We need more of them! Thank you

This pharmacy is the best, I have never had such great personal service the pharmacist goes out of his way to help anyway he can. I can't believe that they don't have a 5 star rating I give them a 10.

I had surgery at Centennial Hills Hospital. When I went for my pre-op appointment the admin desk told me all about the concierge service for RX. The pharmacy would deliver the medications to recovery so no having to fuss with filling prescriptions. I was like that is awesome and told my mom she would not have to deal with medications. That ended up being a nightmare.
The medications where not delivered to recovery. My mother had to leave my side and walk over to the pharmacy to be told she needed the hard copy of the RX. So she walked back and came back again. She then had to wait for the RX to be filled. It should have already been filed right? It was nightmare and the people were very rude to her.
Then she is told that they do not have enough of the pain meds and can only give her 21 of the 30 pain pills. So she gets them as she does not want me to not have any pain pills. She thinks it is very wrong as they kept saying to ask me when I am still in recovery barely awake.
So fast forward I go to get the refills on the medication (even the pain meds show .6 refill). They decided to tell me that we can not refill the pain meds as that is one time only no matter what. They go on to tell me that it was insurance fault they did not cover that amount of pills. I again explain that is not what you told my mother when she picked them up. In font of the pharmacy I called my mother to confirm she was told the did not have enough of the medication to fill whole prescription
I decided not to push the issue (I never even finished the ones I had) but did have them verify my insurance did not get charged for 30 pills. I will follow up with insurance to be sure. But this has been the worst experience ever!! I should have just had the RX sent to my regular pharmacy... Will never use this place again;.
