Having dealt with several packaging companies over the years, PackPack is truly in a league of their own. I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding level of customer service we received from day one as soon as we began working with them. The packaging quality is off the hook! My only regret is not discovering them years earlier. We constantly get asked from many industry peers about our retail packaging for our CBD products at Holy City Remedy and what company we used for our packaging. It has definitely given us a competitive edge over many other brands we compete against throughout the country in a very saturated CBD industry. Sissi Chen is the consummate professional and her and the PackPack team are the real deal.
