When you call on the phone and tell them they can't you can't hear them then they start asking you a bunch of questions and yell at you because they can hear you or they can't hear you. I can't figure it out. So I just left a message and told them if they had a turnkey studio nearby let me know and I'll buy it. Because I don't want to sit there and put together piece by piece with people yelling at me and telling me that I had better buy something or hang up the phone.

Cancel orders with no explanation or communication on Reverb. Does nothing to explain the situation that they put themselves in when they put things on sale and sell to you. This is a shady place. Look at the ratio of stars from google. Wont shop here again.

Placed an order 9/2/21. Its now 9/13 and the order is simply processing, still not shipped. All the items I ordered were in stock with no low stock notices. I called on 9/8 and 9/10 to inquire about it. Both times customer service said they were unsure why it had yet to ship and that they would speak to the warehouse and contact me with an update. Neither person contacted me again. Now Im trying to call and simply cancel and shop elsewhere and of course for the first time ever they dont answer and I get sent to voicemail. Sad part is I had no issues last time I ordered from them, but this is ridiculous, once I cancel I wont be shopping here anymore. 1
