I work with Shane Finger and Supreme Lending with a lot of my real estate clients who are looking for loans. For me, if my clients don't already have a lender, there's no better place to start. Shane and his team are thorough without being "scary" (especially for first time home buyers). They give my clients choice and know about all of the Nevada Housing Authority programs that can sweeten the pot and make it even easier to afford homes in Vegas. Of course, they are awesome with my "clean" / experienced buyers and have helped me close some deals in as little as two weeks! Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with Supreme Lending in refinancing my home. My loan officer, Melanie Russell, was fantastic from start to finish. I live in California and was referred to Melanie from a friend that completed his home loan. Although their office is located in Las Vegas, the transaction was seamless. Throughout the process, Melanie's communication was fantastic, always keeping me updated and in the loop. She was extremely knowledgeable on all regulations, was open, and forthcoming, detailing what was necessary to have a successful outcome. Her organizational skills, promptness, and patience made for a stress-free transaction. When I was searching for a lender, I wanted to go through a local lender. I am happy that I found Supreme Lending. When I was first applying for a loan and trying to determine which loan I should get (FHA or Conventional), I was clearly told the pros and cons of both. I was given all the details I needed to make a clear decision. After applying, my information was reviewed and I was pre-approved so that I could start the process of purchasing a house. I was given a loan that fits within my means. My mortgage is actually going to be less than my current rent! My lender was Chris Bundra and he was absolutely fantastic! He was very responsive and answered my many questions. He helped me every step of the way and made sure that the process went smoothly and efficiently. Matt and his team took a negative experience (another lender/Eagle) and not only turned it into a positive, but one of the best experiences when it comes to the loan process for purchasing your home. This review is a little over, we closed in late September and did some renovations, moved in, had household goods dropped off, unloaded, and still going through the unpacking process. I had the privilege of working with Matt and Linnea to get through the approval and funding process. They guided me through the process and as long as I was able to get my docs to them, they were able to get me answers or move my file along in the process. Do not hesitate to ask Matt and his team questions, they are very quick to respond. Usually within 24 hours or sooner. If I had to do this all over again, I would use Matt and his team at Supreme Lending and recommend my friends and family to do the same.
