If I could give Stacy 10 star's, I would. We just closed and recorded on a home purchase today. She is not your average agent who just shows you houses. She gives advice when needed. She looked out for our interest. We had some issues involving the seller on the day of our final walkthrough, and Stacy stood up and fought for us with the sellers agent to make it right. The final walkthrough was scheduled for a couple of hours before we were supposed to sign. We arrived for the final walkthrough, and a lot of the sellers personal belongings were still in the house. The house was filthy. The stove and oven was gross. The dishwasher wasn't working even though the sellers supposedly had it repaired. Needless to say, the sellers caused a 1 day delay in recording. That would have cost us extra money for the rate lock. But Stacy gave the bill to the sellers. She also made them get the house professionally cleaned, and made them get the dishwasher professionally repaired before we would sign off on the final walkthrough. I highly recommend that you hire Stacy for your next home purchase.

I personally did not have a great experience, I spoke with Stacey before I applied for a home just to be sure I would not have issues after making a payment. After applying I recieved a notification first that I didn't make enough, then another notification that it was was enough and they would process my application. Then I was denied because I was told my credit was below 600 yet my Equifax showed on 3 different sites that my credit was over 600. I couldn't get my 75.00 Application fee back. I feel a little bamboozled. I don't think they are scammers, I just feel like in the begining it was some mis communication and a little disorderly.  I would like to add that Karol, the agent I met with, was very pleasant.

This company will exaggerate fees once you leave their property. Do not rent with them, Brianna act nice and friendly in the beginning and in my case for years, then once you leave the property a collection will appear for thousands of dollars that they never disclose to you. Plenty of private owners to rent from do not trust this company.

As a renter this company will ruin your life, as an owner theyll squeeze every last cent out of your tenants for you, they exaggerate every little maintenance service that they should be liable for in the first place, also never do business through brianna if you have a choice, she seems nice at first but once you sign away your life on them leases she turns super cold and rude, this company has truly traumatized me as a tenant to the point i was afraid of renting a home ever again, after i left one of the properties they found a way to still charge me thousands of dollars in damages that I actually had taken care of myself but because I didnt have a receipt of the labor i was still charged despite them having some brand new furnishings straight from the store, waste of my money and time, as a former tenant to a possible future one, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DOCUMENT ANY ISSUES AND REPORT THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE CUS THEYLL USE THAT AGAINST YOU IF YOU WAIT, KEEP A RECEIPT FOR ANYTHING YOU BUY TO SERVICE THE HOME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BLIND WITH THEIR CHARGES AND FEES.
