The DM Camille, Christie, and Christina were amazing helping me get my coach re-loved credit. I cant believe they went out of their way to make me feel so valued. I was able to use the credit on a new bag. I was also able to get a couch recreate credit for my vintage. Thank you so much for making me feel special and loved!

Let me start off this review by saying Im a Tapestry employee. Having recently joined the company and having been a manger/supervisor in retail for many years I was surprisingly refreshed when I joined a company that did more then just talk about building a family culture full of diversity. They mean it. They are about that life and is one of the sole reasons I choose to join them. And up until now every member of every store from retail to outlet have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Except who ever this lady was at the Fashion Show mall Coach location. I visited the store on July 2nd and just shop as always do. I assumed she was a manager because she never introduced herself at all. I never announce Im an employee unless Im approached and need assistance because I dont want to waste any sales associates time. Im usually looking for something specific and Im sure these associates work on commission, probably, so they can be helping other customers instead of me.
Long story short I came in, picked out glasses for my girlfriend and stated that I was a Tapestry employee to which her response was wheres that? I explained it was the new distribution center here in town and she asked for my employee ID. I gave it to her and she said oh it looks like you dont get your discount on these to which I gave a surprisingly loud woooow. She proceeded to say the glasses were new and I it takes 30 days before discounts applied. I said I didnt believe that was true because somethings just dont get discount like the Coachtopia line which has been out longer than 30 days. The next thing she said was I needed to announce myself when I come to shop. I said I announce my self when it time to check out so that Im not bothering any sales associates. I then proceeded to leave the store and she didnt say anything. I didnt want to point out the fact that she was lying because the reason I went to the store was because I had already shopped online and knew 1) the glasses werent new and 2) I should have received my discount
Now heres the kicker! Two other employees have visited the coach location in the FashionShow Mall and had the same experience ! Told they should have announced themselves when they walked in and the items they tried to purchase was not available for discount at this point we can only assume the bitter woman must get commission and must have been upset that she wasted her fake smile on us and decided to tell the fabricated lies!
I understand some people only care about themselves and their money but so far everyone under the Tapestry brands have been so genuinely nice. I hate to see one persons bad, selfish attitude ruin an experience with one of our great brands. I wish I would have gotten her name but Im sure she will continue to rub people the wrong way and oust her self eventually. She does not represent the great values of this company.
Id also like to give a shout out to the stores that have been giving above and beyond customer service since Ive been shopping as an employee of the company. Shout out the Coach store inside the Form shops for their fine service and also the north and south Coach Outlet locations that greet me with a smile every time. Thank you representing the brand with dignity!

Christine was such an amazing help!! I was having trouble with customizing a bag online. She was patient with me by showing me options in store. Her customer service is top notch. I had some appointments scheduled and she messaged me letting me know my bag was ready for pickup. Thank you Christine for such an amazing shopping experience

I had an amazing experience with Christine. I did not feel like just a number. She made conversation all while being attentive to my needs. She truly made it a nice experience. Especially with it being my first time buying a Coach purse. I ended up purchasing 3 items that day. Thank you, Christine.
