ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Story time. I was working at the office and decided to order lunch. Went to this location at the correct time only to be told by the young lady working the counter that they did not have my order. As in, there is no order at this location under my name. She suggested maybe I ordered from the wrong location. I didn't have my phone on me (my mistake) so I had no choice but to return to the office without food.
Once in the office, I check my order and it was correct after all. I try to call the location to speak with the young lady at the counter but that is apparently not possible. The automated response is just an endless loop saying if there's a problem, use the chat bot in the confirmation email to address any concerns.
I try the chat bot, at this point I'm fed up and just want a refund to my order. Chat asks 'did you pick up your order?', kind of? 'Was something missing?', yeah the whole thing. None of the right choices to address my problem and it keeps telling me that the system doesn't understand my answers and keeps recycling the same questions. 'Did you pick up your order?' etc. URGHHHH!!!
So I get in my car and drive back to Chipotle. I ask to speak with a manager and Jesus comes out from the back. I explain the problem and ask for a refund. He asks me to wait a second and walks to the back. Returns and says that he doesn't know why he didn't get the order. At this point he suggest I GET IN LINE AND THEY'LL MAKE MY ORDER!!!
I was really frustrated at this point and again asked for a refund. Guess what, they can't issue a refund at the location for an online order.
But that's not all. I go online, find the customer service email address, explain my dilemma, and ask for my refund. I also ask for someone to reach out to me. Instead I receive an email with my refund confirmation and a canned remark.
I understand that systems don't always do what they're designed to do. But the number of steps I had to take and the level of frustration I had to endure to get my $9 refund is ridiculous!!
And now I'm HANGRY!!

Very inconsistent food, sometimes it's good but usually it's on the poorer end.
The guacamole had way too much red onion, stupid amounts of it, the tortilla wasn't cooked all the way through and the burrito was watery from bean and salsa juice.

Service was average, what you'd expect from people getting paid minimum wage to deal with disrespectful customers all day.
-=- Price: Poor
Increasing prices to $30 for 2 people and decreasing food quality. You can get authentic, much better food at local family owned Mexican restaurants for the same price.
