I called Lerner and Rowe's office on January 27, 2023 and spoke with receptionist KATIE. She was rude and curt, and when I was trying to get more information, she flat out hung up on me! I called back and spoke with a new receptionist and asked to speak to a manager to discuss the rude receptionist, but she said she couldn't do that and all she could do was send me to "client relations" where I could leave a voicemail, but she needed to know my name to find my file. I told her I'm not a current client, so she asked me what state I'm in, even though I dialed the local 702 number. In the end, she couldn't help me and I was very disappointed with the poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would never refer anyone to this firm because of their terrible customer service.

The case took a long time to be completed, but the results were very much worth the wait. Maria G. Was my case manager and did an amazing job from keeping me up to date with everything that was going on, to advising me on what should be done to receive the best results. I know I can rely on this law firm, and would recommend them to a friend.

Hung up on me before I could even finish explaining my situation smh the secretary asked for the best call back number just for them to not call me back lol
