Nevada Mobility

I was having problems with my stair lift; it would only move down but not up. Kevin tried to help me over the phone but to no success. He came out to my house in a very timely manner and got things figured out. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous; that is how I would describe Kevin and Nevada Mobility.

I was looking to order a power wheelchair. I called several of the other mobility scooter stores in town and all I got was "we don't carry this model". Then I spoke to Kevin ( the owner) not only did he research the model I wanted more thouroughly for me, after consulting we me he ordered it for me for the same price I would have gotten through internet. This gentleman even delivered it to my house, again to no cost to me and told me, if any problems to contact him. Mind you, he doesn't carry that brand in his store. Haven't had that kind of Customer Service for a long time. I certainly would recommend this store to anybody. Thanks Kevin!

Owner Kevin and assistant Gar were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in search of a scooter to attend things like Ren Fairs, Highland games, etc. (so 3-4 times a year). They listened to my needs and didn't try sell me the top of the line as it wasn't necessary for my needs. Much appreciated. Love what I got and have already gone to an event I previously would have skipped. Yippee! Thank you both for enriching my life.
