image I will be quick in the review, direct to the point. Called, great customer service (phone) I set a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate, he arrived on time. The gentlemen looked over my property, which is give or take 0.16 acres. No grass, a few palm trees, few bushes, one pine tree and the rest rocks. He quoted an initial charge of $350 then $120 a month after they come by once per month. I was open for the $120 quote considering I usually pay $100 month with the contractor I used before and they come out bi-weekly. But the $350 was a deal breaker, why? My yard is not in bad shape at all. My guess, is they want a few months upfront out of you, so atleast they get something out of it if you decided to quit the service on them. I asked was the deposit flexible, he said no. So, I had to pass on the company. $120 /mo k no problem. But almost $400 up front with no valid explanation. Not worth it for me, hard pass. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

image Jose and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up my front and back yard. They trimmed all bushes and cleaned up everything. My yard looks great!!

image I have been a customer of this landscaping company and pay my bill regularly. I have them come every 2 weeks because I have grass. I was informed yesterday that my property will not be serviced for a month due to scheduling issues. I have a small dog so my grass cannot go 1 month without being cut. I understand that there may be staffing issues to where they cant come out this week so I asked to be scheduled the next week. I was informed that is not possible and that I would have to wait a full month.
I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk girl Ruby said that her manager is too busy. So I asked for her to call me back. I never received a phone call back so I called back today. Ruby answered and said I cannot speak to the manager because she is not in that she can maybe call me by Friday. I asked why not tomorrow? So she said she will be too busy tomorrow. I told her a phone call takes less than 5 min. She stated very condescendingly that she knows and she cant fit a phone call in. The I asked to speak to Jose (the owner) so she says he is also busy and MIGHT be able to call me by next week. Are you kidding? How is this an answer from a business???? They obviously dont value their customers! They need to find someone with actual customer service skills to answer the phones too!!!! Terrible!!! Very disappointed! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

image I cannot praise this company enough. J&J did a complete renovation of my Summerlin home backyard in JUST 4 DAYS! That included 33 Cyprus trees, patio pavers, rocks, turf and irrigation. Absolutely beautiful results well beyond our expectations. If you chose another landscaping company, you made a BIG mistake and you probably paid too much. I am a lifelong customer with J&J from here on out. I hate to share this secret but J&J deserves the support.
