They just collect hoa fees and do nothing for homeowners or the community. Have not had any one reach out to answer my phone calls or emails since they took over.

Desert HOA management picks and chooses what they decide to manage. Their priorities and lack of sensitivity during the global pandemic is incomprehensible and appalling. I have had problems with noise from neighbors 24/7 for months and they will not address it and there has been no resolution-yet they have sent me letters picking apart my yard and house. Normally I address all of their issues in a timely manner. However they are supposed to be accessible and open during the COVID-19 global crisis and they are not available. I would think that their priorities would be a tad different during this pandemic. I find it offensive that I am trying to work from home to save a small business and my neighbors can party 24 hours a day seven days a week and they don’t find that a concern (because I need to go and film them to have proof—which I consider a safety concern) but when people are struggling to pay for simple things like groceries and their mortgage they want you to paint your shutters and spend your funds on unnecessary cosmetics. I have lived in this community for years and continuously have been disappointed by their management however their lack of sensitivity during a pandemic is incomprehensible.
