Hands down the worst Internet Service Provider there is. Pay more and use Cox. These people are completely incompetent

I've had century link for 7 days and not one time in my 7 days has my internet worked they discriminate on your area .. they aren't compassionate at all , the customer isn't important, they refuse to come out and fix there issues. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent Customer Service. Scotty, took the time to answer all questions in a timely manner. I am very pleased with CenturyLink as my Internet Provider. Scotty you deserve a RAISE!

I didn't have internet service longer than 2 weeks with them I set up 4 diff technicians to come to my house none of them showed up not to mention it takes about an hour for someone to be on the phone with so canceled my service with them i get better internet and customer service from McDonald's and thats the truth

The technician is 2 hours late (still not here) and I've called 3 phone numbers and been transferred 2 times to find out where he is. I dont even have service yet and this is how I get treated.
