I'm sorry that Steve had a hard time and of course I respect all consumers leaving their opinion online but I also want to say this was not my experience at all. I worked personally with both Rochelle and Sandra and I can tell you I have never encountered two individuals who have been so nice and professional in 30+ years of dealing with insurance companies as a consumer. First of all Rochelle completely has her act together and she promptly quoted a much better rate than I was getting with Allstate (and I was with them for over 10 years). It was almost like she was reading my mind and answered all my questions before I even asked them. She saved me money by combining renters and auto. Sandra also researched and quoted me a big savings on a life term policy over what I was paying with Genworth. So those of you reading both reviews please give these ladies a chance. They deserve it!
