Todd Huelsman - State Farm Insurance Agent

We've been a customer of Todd's since January 2000. Whenever we called or went into his office, we were always treated with RESPECT.

Beware. We had a truck insured with this agent for five years. Rebecca was the agent on our account. After selling the truck in November 2016 we emailed Rebecca that the truck was sold and to cancel the policy. It's time to begin to wrap up year end accounting and my Bookeeper notices that this agent has continued to auto draft the monthly premium. We phone the agency to be told that Rebecca is no longer with them. Todd, the owner and agent comes to the phone. We explain the above to him and his response was astounding. "You mean to tell me that you have so much money in your account that you didn't realize this premium being taken out every month for a years? Well, I guess you won't miss it then because I'm not returning it to your bank". Even after providing proof that Rebecca was sent an email cancelling the policy the day the truck was traded in , his final words were. I GUESS YOU NEED TO SUE ME !! Horrible, nasty man who has no business owning a franchise. Good news is that my bank is accepting my email with Rebecca as proof of cancellation and refunded the money in full taken after the official written notice to cancel was sent. No wonder Rebecca is no longer here, she obviously didn't follow thru with her tasks and her boss is a rude man. I wish I would have looked at his yelp and other online reviews before hiring him.
