They almost burned my house down. They put a rice cooker inside of a crock pot and turned them both on for some reason. They offered $15 off my next cleaning.... Instead of reimbursement... They consistently show up late and do a poor job of cleaning Service: Standard clean

The service is really good, especially the ones that make the appointments, they are very nice, kind and lovely people, always nice. Loved them and the service is always great.

After avoiding this company for 2 years since my last horrible experience with them I had a contractor that was doing some work in my home offer me maid cleaning services which I needed and excepted. Unbeknownst to to myself I had no idea that he was contracting BROTHERS CLEANING aka "SISTERS CLEANING" whom which I had a terrible experience with two years ago. The appointment was for 01/20/21 9 AM Tuesday morning, the maids did not show up until 9:26am nor did they call ahead of time to give me notice that they would be late. Once they arrived I left for a few hours to give them their time and space to do a good thorough cleaning, 30 minutes after the maids arrived "Camille" their office personnel called me to collect $355.00 for 5 hrs.. I told her that I'm not comfortable paying for services that haven't even been rendered yet, she stated that it's thier policy so I instructed her to tell the maids to stop in their tracks and leave. I spoke directly to the the head maid and they ended up staying for a total of 4hr and 20 minutes and a lower price. I paid cash and they left. I immediately walked the unit for quality control and as the photos will show you how terrible they performed. To prevent them from using faulty and cheap chemicals I provided every and all chemicals needed to perform their duties for cleaning I also provided a total of nine individual clean flat mops for them to use to clean the floors in a 1500 square-foot property most of it being wood floors in the bathrooms are marble, they literally chose to use one flat mop for all of the wood and one flat mop for the marble leaving seven clean and available flat mops unused (see pics) essentially just using a dirty flat mop to push the dirt around the rest of the house. I called the customer service individual and sent him several pictures and a video at which time the gentleman agreed that they are to come back for touchups for a maximum of 30 minutes only, I agreed to that. The gentleman tried to send them back same day of service but after 5:30 PM at which it is completely pitch black outside. I made it very clear to the individual that they will not be able to do a good cleaning & touch up on all the floors with just my interior lighting & that the sun is so bright that they can see areas they missed and they can see how well they are doing with the daylight, the gentleman agreed that if it's dark outside and there's low light inside the property that it would be hard for them to do a good job so we agreed on an earlier time for Wednesday January 10. I finally received a text message at 4:14 PM the following day telling me that the maids will be here at 5:30 which was the same time they were trying to send them back the day of the cleaning. This contradicted our entire conversation about cleaning the floors and doing touchups when it's pitch black outside and low visibility inside the property. I told the individual if they could come in early afternoon or as early as 5am, he replied that they're too busy that they can't do it and they have a 24 hour redo touch up policy for complaints and that it would have to be at night. I said no thanks and i pretty much got ripped off once again. They also tried to charge my card twice 1 day before the appointment after I paid them cash! Service: Deep clean
