Thank you so much for all the hard work the agency and staff do each and everyday for me. Rosmery worries about the clients and the caregivers and accommodating everyone’s schedule and needs. That’s a heavy job for anyone to do. Thank you! ❤️

I have been a client for 3 years and I have never had any bad experiences as such reviews I seen. Sometimes the people writing the bad reviews aren’t nice people in their walking lives and when they don’t get things their way they exaggerate the situation. Labor shortages go around everywhere. I don’t need to have the same person for years but I need the services and the services that are being delivered are excellent by whoever my caregiver is because they are all great caregivers.

The lady in the office Rosemary has horrible customer service skills! Then your caregiver changes often along with your hours weekly! Rosemary is rude on the phone! She also thinks your suppose to change your times your caregiver comes weekly! Rosemary likes to be on the phone or texting the caregiver too much when the caregiver is supposed to be helping the client! Worst company in Las Vegas, NV! I fired them yesterday! Horrible on so many levels! I highly do not recommend this agency! Complaints are filed!
