Wellesley started out really good was able to get all my referrals then I lost my pain management so I called his office to help me because until my doctor appointment there was a gap of 10 days between pain management and his office visit said that they weren't going to help me so run out of medications and so for 10 days I'm sitting detoxing and having nothing to survive at 66 it's not easy to just stop something it isn't easy for anyone of any age so canceling Dr dukes if that's the best Humana can do then I'm switching to AARP from my supplemental and hopefully I'll get a better doctor

Dr. Duke has been treating my grandfather who is 91 years old. Dr Duke is absolutely horrible. My grandfather fell and broke his shoulder and has not been able to dress himself or take care of daily needs and Dr Duke and his staff never offered for help in finding a nurse to help him in this time. Most recently My grandfather has been having stomach pain and has not been able to go to the bathroom for days. He has called the office for an appointment all day today and no one has called back or answered. My grandfather thought he was a great doctor until he got hurt and sick. Do Not Let your loved ones come here.

I would leave an absolute ZERO for the lack of compassion this doctor has. He cares about receiving his money promptly rather than looking out for the patient's needs. Unnecessary visits just so you can be told "no" AND be charged a visit. Highly disappointed and WILL not be recommending to any of my family members nor friends.

It's a crapshoot can never get like a straight answer out of anybody they call and call cell phone leave numerous messages with the name and call back you call back they're not available you can't get any other information on the person that called I can't tell one from the other they all sound the same to me and this last trip is my last time in that office I tell you the antibiotics are killing me I'm sick of that every side effect up and down left and right and it doesn't help at all I don't even mention my doctor is because it won't do them any good I'm looking for a new insurance medical facility to start over again my diabetes and my blood sugar is check and I actually have physician who is available every 3 months not once every 6 months for diabetes but I got now is pathetic!
