This company is a complete joke. The current owners took it over from a groups of Filipinos under the auspice of: "white people can do a better job of caring for the elderly and disabled" - Not! Their fundamental lack of management skills and hiring of unqualified (and even criminal) personnel are placing clients at serious risk. In addition, their specialty is "No Call - No Show". Hopefully, the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health will step in on these clowns soon. Their greed for money is an insult to the entire industry and risking the welfare of patients assigned to them.

This home health agency has the patients best interest at heart. There have been changes in the company and great improvements that have come to light. Keep up the great work

I was referred to Aloha through my Humana Insurance; Aloha had a nurse named Matt who was an excellent nurse; Unfortunately, Matt left Nevada and went to practice in Arizona. Once he left Aloha started to unravel. I had interactions with 6 nurses and only 2 of the 6 were decent; one was Matt and the other was Steve. Both conscientious. I changed to United Health Care this new year because Humana didn't pay well according to the new Director ; I needed foot care on a continued schedule, however, Aloha, would not answer my text. Bottom line: Aloha is NOT trustworthy
