KB Home Adobe Ranch

I want to take the time to reflect and share on my experience with KB homes... I am first time home buyer in Las Vegas and new to the process of buying a home. It's easy to go into process this feeling like you can be taken advantage of or miss one of the many steps in buying a home, but thanks to Sherry and the KB Homes team...i have never felt unclear or unsupported in my home buying experiences. Sherry was patient, knowledgeable and kind in addition to being incredibly detailed at her job which put me as ease and allowed me to put my trust in their professionalism and communication. I was able to call her anytime and she was always excited and happy to hear from me. That attitude made a difference as i was someone who had a lot of questions and didnt want to feel like i was a bother to anyone. Sherry never made me feel that way. . I would recommend Sherry, her level of service, and the KB Home Builders to anyone looking for their new home in Vegas and cant imagine what my stress level would have been if i had to do half of this stuff without them. Turned off by a rude old nasty sales woman, Sherry. She’s the Karen of Las Vegas!! Maybe she needs to learn that she’s the face of a company and to better represent KB Homes with a better attitude.
