        If you are buying a home I urge you to NOT GO HERE PULTE IS THE WORST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE we had endless delays because of their company and lenders and are impossible to get ahold of through email or phone. These people do not care about their buyers. Steer clear away from pulte or American west homes if you know what is good for you.
