I am very happy with this company. Jose Maldonado-Montoya is the employee who inspected my condo. At first I was thinking he was "nit picky" but after reading the whole report I was so happy. The place I bought is in good condition but Jose took a lot of pictures of anything he thought was an issue. He did an exceptionally good inspection. Once I thought about it I realized he worked "for me" so it was great that he was so nit picky! I am going into this home knowing EVERYTHING I need to know about its condition. I would definitely recommend this company.

Hello All,
I typically do not post bad reviews, however this company along with my real estate agent put my health at risk. I was currently deployed and decided to purchase a home for when I returned back to the states. I went through the agent and she was "good friends" with one of the people that worked for this company, as a referral. I reviewed the reviews and should have found my own company for a home inspection to alleviate favoritism between the agent and the company employee, in order to recieved a honest inspection. Well, as I moved in the home, I discovered that the home was covered (tile floors and baseboards) with dried animal urine, had a 9x10 area on the kitchen cieling covered with black mold from a toilet leak in the master bathroom, and also had noticeable mold under the kitchen sink.
As I first noticed a discoloration in the cieling, I asked the home inspector to come look at it. He said he would come the next morning. I asked him if he noticed the discoloration on the cieling (we didn't know it was mold at the time) when he inspected the home. He informed me "No," he was not aware. Therefore, I asked him about the noticeable mold under the sink and why didn'the say anything about it in the report. He informed me that he would speak to his boss and would contact me.
Meanwhile, as I am living in the home, I had to be put on three medications to alleviate the reactions that I was having with the house. Just imagine, if there was a child in the home, the situation could have been far worse. So I am writing this review to share my encounter with this company that I had last month.
To this day, the company still has not called me. So, I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

I have used this company twice while looking for a home. The first time I used them for the inspection but I was unable to purchase the home. The next home I had them inspect again since I enjoyed the personality of Robert and that he offered a discount for repeat customers. I ended up purchasing this home after the sellers fixed the things he recommended. Well, after moving in and being there for 4 days, I found out somehow a 6' tall x 2' wide (yes, FEET) beehive/honeycomb with hundreds of bees in my attic was missed in the inspection. I contacted the management (Ken) to hold them responsible and he actually told me this is my fault for not getting a pest inspection. Why would I need to rely on another professional to show me something in plain sight? Why do I spend hard earned money on a HOME INSPECTION if you aren't going to INSPECT my home??? How hard is it to go in the attic? Why even bring a ladder? Wasn't even offered a refund. Why should they care if they already have my money? Don't waste your time/money, there are dozens of other inspection companies to use.
