I am so happy with the thorough job done Valleywide. They were very knowledgeable and as a first time home buyer I needed all the help I could get. They sent the report the next day and I was able to make an informed decision based upon their inspection.
They saved me a lot of trouble and I was able to negotiate with the seller for some of the repairs.
