I have been very happy with Senior Dimensions. They have taken my calls and returned with answers within 24 hours. If you are not happy with this plan pay the higher premiums of another plan and end up with the same doctor. My previous insurance was double the price with a $6,000 deductible. If you are not happy please go to another Insurance Company.

Long waits for appointments, very rare to get in same day or week appointment , average wait seems to be 6-8 weeks. Always told to go to urgent care which will cost you $$. Up to 4 months for test to be scheduled. Appt scheduled end of Sept for first available is December 3 rd. Not enough doctors or equipment but still seeking new patients. Shame on them !

The main problem that I have with this health insurer is the dubious quality of some of the contracted healthcare providers. Just because someone has a medical degree and a license does not necessarily mean that they should be practicing clinical medicine and having daily contact with patients. This is especially the case when interpersonal skills are extremely poor and the physician fails to keep family members properly informed about what is really going on and then refuses to answer pertinent questions/concerns afterwards. Such medical practitioners provided care to a family member of mine in 2016. The patient, who was hospitalized for what is usually not a life-threatening condition, unexpectedly died just 6 days later. I will not go into greater detail here.
