No complaints hair always gets cut uniformly and I don't need to have them go over for stragglers

Couldn't tell u. Made an appointment came back for appointment waited hours until I had yo leave for work. So never got the haircut.

This 4 star is strictly based on wait time. I made appointments for myself and my daughter for 10:45am. We arrived at 10:42pm. We were not called back until 12:05ish. And about 10 minutes later for myself. I understand that there are walk-ins and sometimes things take a bit longer than anticipated but appointments should come first. HOWEVER.... the stylists are great and did a very good job.

I went in for a haircut Asked for it to be short. Told her tight on the sides. She said she already took a lot off. Is there a limit? Cut my hair to my liking not yours. She made it all wispy. I asked the other stylist if she could fix it and I will go back. She said yes. I will go back for her to cut to my liking then I give up on supercuts. They always seem to screw it up.
