This place used to be awesome. I’m not sure what is going on here now but I came in Saturday for a cut and color. There was nobody waiting. The lady present, Nikki, said she didn’t feel comfortable doing an A line haircut and that I should return tomorrow. I returned on Tuesday after work at 4:45. The website hours say they’re open until eight, but they inform me that they are now under new management and this week they’re only open till six. So not enough time to get my cut and color. I’ll just take a cut today. Come back tomorrow for your color, they say. I showed up next day at 3:30 after work. Nikki says no, she doesn’t have enough time because she’s got appointments coming through 4:30. I said I’m willing to wait. No, she says she’s not supposed to take appointments after 4 o’clock. What is wrong with this place??!!! 3 visits and I can’t get a cut/ color!!!

Called and able to get me in for a much needed haircut. Took the time to make sure it was cut correctly done.
