Salon V

The only reason they get one star is because I couldn't give no star. My niece came to Vegas to get married and paid for service through grupon a month in advance to have her hair and makeup done. We pay for a taxi and when we get to the salon, not only was the salon empty on a Saturday but the stylist wasn't even there. The nail tech onsite said for us to have a seat while she tried to call the stylist. She had us wait 20 minutes and my niece then questions about the whereabouts of the stylist. She simply said she couldn't reach her and that if we wanted to cancel the appointments....are you kidding lady???? Thank goodness i was able to get an appointment at the mgm grand hotel where they treated my niece like a princess and saved her wedding day. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO EVER USE THIS SALON!

What a joke, bought groupon from this place and the lady would schedule you according to what time is perfect for her😡 Just decided to let my groupon expire and her response was OK!! Never buy groupon from Salon V!!!!!!!

I had the most amazing experience in the salon! Salon has a pleasant environment. If you're going to go to this salon ask for Iryna! She is wonderful! She is very experienced hair stylist and really listens to what I wanted. At the end my hair looked even better than I expected: healthy, voluminous and shiny. She is a true magician! Highly recommended!! Honestly I'm so happy with my hair and so happy I finally found a hairdresser I can keep going to over and over again!
