Wish they had a bigger space. Its hard to locate things bc is too small and crowded, but everything they sell is wonderful. Owner/manager is the best

I'm giving 3 stars based on the atmosphere of the store only. The woman working this morning was rude (asian middle aged woman). I had an online order that was delivered to this location, and she treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about.
I proceeded to show her the confirmation emails for all items, she said she remembered my name and brought back one box. I told her there must be another box with the rest of the items and she then said that sometimes items are not available, even if it says they are. (?????? what?)
I then asked her to look again for my items and she came back with the rest of my order. I'm not sure if she is lazy, ignorant or hates her job, but the unprofessional-ism with her was annoying. My 6 year old even said she was rude.
I really hope she finds happiness in her life because I refuse to purchase anything from that location with a woman like that. However, the store itself was beautiful.

Spectacular service! I was in a bind in that I had purchased my wife some gifts but I dont wrap the gifts. The manager of the store came and wrapped the gifts for me!!!!! Put ribbons and bows! She is a real MVP and I am going to go here from now on to get cards for my family and friends!
