I could praise this company with accolades all day! My garage suddenly stopped working so I called on a panic as I was trying to get to a commitment. The gentleman on the phone was so kind and walked me through checking everything to make sure it wasn’t a faulty plug, blown fuse, etc bc he didn’t want to charge me for a visit that was unnecessary. When we went through all of the possibilities and nothing helped he asked what day would work best for me. My reply was umm today??? He said let me call you right back to see what I can do. Not 5 minutes later he told me he could have Brad out between 11-2 to fix the problem. I said thank you but that I would be teaching until 12:30 but if Brad could call me 20 minutes before he arrives I could get home. At 12:35 I received a call from Brad that he was 20 minutes out just as promised. He arrived at my house in that 20 minutes, showed me all the choices and was so honest and fair. He replaced the entire garage door opener, key pad, and remotes within an hour and the price was unbeatable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service for a military family whose husband was gone and who spouse was fretting trying to get everyone where they needed to be and needed a secure, working garage door.

Look, I’m very picky and normally find something wrong with everything. But not in this case. The New door is great, install was fast and no stress. 5 stars. There you go!
