Have been customer with Tuan for 12 years. Have just learned during the 12 years he has collected down payments from me and then had the actual true cost with the insurance agency financed so I could pay off in 9 months. I could not understand why I was paying much more than the bigcompany charge and he never gave me a clear explanation. My finance company did some checking on him. He has overcharged me and stolen over $20,000 from me in the last 12 years. I trusted him....you see what happened to me. I am 74 years old. State insurance agencies have been contacted!
