It looked good at first because someone actually picked up the phone. But I had to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was late because I had just found out that someone close to me caught Covid. I tried to call three times between 9:15 and 9:45. Nobody answered. When I got there they wouldn't work with me. When I told one of the employees about not being answered, she was smug, and said that's how it always is. The teller I was sent to was polite but ignored and interrupted me, and did not listen. I remade the appointment for today. But I needed help immediately because I'm in an emergency situation. I can't get my money because my current bank doesn't support online transfers from my employer. But I was never given the answer to my question: can I start my account by transferring that money, or do I need cash. Attempts to get the answer to that question failed since nobody answered my calls, all my cash is in there. I could not get things to pawn on time. Attempts to make another appointment on the phone aren't answered. I try to do it online and get sent to websites full of afs. All I can say is I'm not impresses.
